Rizky Amelia, S.H.is a graduate from University of Indonesia (2010). She majored in Business Law and obtained a cum laude title for having 3.70 GPA and finishing her study in 7 (seven) semesters. She participated in numerous national and international level organizations, seminars, trainings, conferences and competitions during her college time.

She has passed the Indonesian Advocate’s BAR Examination (Ujian Profesi Advokat) in 2011. During her professional carrier, she has been assisting both national and international clients of the firm. She works in numerous fields including cross border financing, banking, derivative and capital market transactions. She has also involved in oil and gas project, shipping, establishment of foreign investment company, as well as various of general corporate matters, including shares and assets acquisition of major Indonesian companies (both listed and unlisted). She has represented prominent onshore and offshore banks in up to USD$80 million financing transactions for major companies in Indonesia and currently she is preparing initial public offering of the biggest telecommunication provider company in Indonesia. Her works cover in-depth research of the regulations, drafting of memorandum and agreements, review and advisory works.
