Noveleta Putri Ria Dinar, S.H. is  a graduate of the Faculty of Law, Atma Jaya Chatolic University Jakarta (2010). Despite her constant involvement in financing transactions of major clients, she also works on merger and acquisition transactions as well various capital market transactions, including assisting the process of domestic initial public offering and international private placements of Indonesia’s leading telecommunication distributor and retailer group in 2011.

She also serves several international and domestic banks in the field of swaps and derivatives transactions which allow her to use her noteworthy communication skill in socializing the relatively new investment products both to clients as well as their customers.

Her strong background of communication skill was obtained through her longstanding experience working as professional TV presenter and freelance radio broadcaster in various national television stations and local radios. In addition, besides her excitement in law, she also has great fascination, appreciation and interest on art and music.
