Feliks S. Tarigan, S.H. is a graduate from University of Indonesia (2010). He majored in Business Law. 

During his study in college, he actively participated and involved in numerous trainings, workshops and seminars. He became the chief of 1st Training on the Law of Energy and Mineral Resources (TERM 2009) held by Business Law Society FH UI and he was the member of FH UI Student Executive Board in 2007 and 2008. He also took part in moot court competitions and debate competitions. His team achieved 1st Winner at National Moot Court Competition at Airlangga University in 2009 and Runner-Up at National Moot Court Competition of Human Rights at Padjajaran University in 2008, and also gained 1st Winner at National Debate Competition at Trisakti University in 2009. 

Prior to joining DNC, Feliks has joined a subsidiary of state-owned company that runs coal-trading business. 

In his leisure times he loves to travel, spend time with his family and friends, and teaching as Sunday School Teacher.
