Ahmad
Fikri, S.H. is
a graduate of the
Faculty of Law, University of Padjadjaran. He majored in International
Law
while taking also extra credits in Business Law.
He
received two
academic achievement scholarships in his university years. He also won
the 2nd
Runner-Up and the 2nd Best Memorial awards in the 2009 National Round
of
Phillip C. Jessup International Moot Court Competition.
During
his
professional experience at DNC Advocates at Work, he has been involved
in
various projects for different fields ranging from banking and finance,
general
corporate matters, to climate change and emission trading. In the green
investment program initiated by the United Kingdom Department for
International
Development and the Indonesian Ministry of Finance (2009 –
2010), he was
responsible for analyzing regulatory frameworks and drafting the
necessary
government regulations and ministerial decree. He also took part in the
preparation of investment structure and strategy for the project.
