Giffy Pardede, S.H. graduated from Fakultas Hukum Universitas Indonesia in 2005, joined DNC in November 2006 after finishing its three months training program. Giffy has done work on Banking and Finance, General Corporate, Foreign Investments, Capital Market and Energy and Mining.

Giffy is also an active member of the International Law Moot Court Society, a student organization involved in international varsity mooting competitions. His worth mentioning feats includes 3rd best for the 4th annual International Maritime Law Arbitration Moot Court Competition held in the Singapore International Arbitration Chambers (SIAC); 1st place for the Philip C. Jessup Public International Law Moot Court Competition (Indonesia Round) and reach 22nd best out of 105 competitors for the international round in Washington DC; and also his proudest and most recent accomplishment, Champions of the 7th annual International Maritime Law Arbitration Moot Court Competition held in Victoria University, Melbourne Australia in June 2007, acting as head coach.

He strongly believes that the experience gained from international competitions has established his hard work ethics, helped to develop a keen sense of advocacy and the ability to think on his feet.
