Gita Syahrani, SH. is a graduate of the faculty of law, University of Padjadjaran (2007). She majored in International Law as well as taking extra credits in Environmental Law and in 2006, became one of the top 20 candidates for honorary students in the faculty of Law.

Throughout her professional experiences, she has worked on various field including syndicated loan transactions, restructuring and refinancing transactions, capital market transactions as well as variety of general corporate matters, including shares and assets acquisitions of major Indonesian companies. She has also assisted the establishment of several new legal entities with both foreign and local investors. Her scope of works involves in-depth legal research, memorandum and contract drafting, advisory works and legal due diligences. Her interests in environmental law is fully supported by the firm which allow her to participate in related international events. She is currently pursuing in-depth involvement for the Firm in the field of carbon trading, particularly the Clean Development Mechanism.

During her study at the Faculty of Law, she actively practiced the proper usage of Law and English and in 2004, became the second runner-up and the best memorial team of Phillip C. Jessup International Moot Court Competition - National Round. She also succeeds to achieve several national titles on the debate competition arena and was selected as one of Indonesian representative in the 25th Worlds University Debating Competition, Multi Media University, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. She worked as presenter, producer and announcer in local radio and television stations as well as through becoming professional MC in various international and national events and was also deeply involved with the community through her role as an officer in Mitra Citra Remaja, a reproductive health basis NGO under UNFPA. This passion was upheld through her continuous involvement in pro-bono cases of the firm.
