J. Satrio, SH., is a highly qualified legal scholar and practitioner (as a notary public) and the most productive writer of books on Indonesian law. He has been counseling DNC and providing legal training to DNC advocates on various aspects of Indonesian law. He is a graduate of Faculty of Law, University of Indonesia (1961) and Notary School of Gajah Mada University (1984). He retired from his notary office in 2001. He is a lecturer in the post-graduate study of Gajah Mada University and Jenderal Sudirman University.
