Novita L. Kumala, S.H. graduates as Summa Cum Laude from Faculty of Law Atma Jaya Catholic University of Indonesia in October 2010. During her study in Atma Jaya, she was involved in many campus event and organization. She was elected as the President of Atma Jaya Moot Court Guild for the 2009-2010 periods. 

Additionally, she engaged in several legal seminar, legal training, legal workshop and also become a participant in several international Moot Court Competition to represent Atma Jaya such as : Asia Cup International Law Moot Court Competition in 2008, Philip C. Jessup Public International Law Moot Court Competition in 2008, and her team achieved Second Champions in the Third Indonesian National Round of the 2008 International Humanitarian Law Moot Court Competition. 

Before she graduated, she had an Internship on Foreign Affairs Ministry in 2009. With the internship and various organizational experiences she is accustomed to work hard with result oriented. 

In her leisure time, she involves in a Church choir. She also likes to read and write.
