Hermanto Moeljo, S.H. is a graduate from Faculty of Law, University of Indonesia. While still completing his studies, he was a researcher in Institute for Business Competition and Policy Studies (LKPU), and after graduated, he began his career as an associate in a law firm which specializes in antitrust and unfair business practices. Prior joining DNC, Hermanto work in a law firm which handling litigation and dispute resolution. 

He passed Indonesian Bar Exam in 2007 and currently hold advocate license which entitles him to appear before Indonesian court. In order to expand his skills and expertise, he took a professional education for curator and/or administrator in bankruptcy cases, which made him a registered curator/ administrator/receiver in Ministry of Law and Human Rights.

Hermanto mostly works on litigation and antitrust cases.
