Prof. Dr. RM. Sudikno Mertokusumo, SH. is a highly qualified legal scholar and practitioner (as a judge at District Court and Extra-Ordinary Military Court). He is a graduate of Faculty of Law, Gajah Mada University (1958), where he then served as Dean from 1979 – 1985. He is now a lecturer in the post-graduate study of Faculty of Law, Gajah Mada University and Atma Jaya University (Yogyakarta).
