Setiawan, SH. is a highly qualified legal writer and practitioner (as judge at District Court and as a judge seconded to the Supreme Court). He is a graduate of Faculty of Law, Erlangga University (1963). He is member of Board of Editors of “Varia Peradilan” magazine published by the Indonesian Judge Association. He is an active speaker at many seminars on business law.
