DNC is also committed to educate and train young lawyers. DNC recruits the best graduates, fresh from Indonesia’s best law faculties. Those who pass the rigorous qualifying process, whose number is limited,enter DNC’s own three-month training program for candidate lawyers. For the training program, DNC invites the best law lecturers and legal practitioners to give lectures on the principles of various laws, from contract and commercial laws to criminal and procedural laws, and to share their experiences and knowledge of the practice of law and of the law that being practiced. Only candidate that passes the high standard set by DNC will receive an offer to join DNC.

DNC is the only law firm in Indonesia which regularly sends its advocates to participate in (three-month) development lawyers training programs and (one-month) courses conducted by International Development Law Organization in Rome. DNC also sends its advocates to participate in Private International Law course runs by Hague Academy of International Law in the Hague; in summer school for International Financial Law runs by Euromoney Legal Training in Hong Kong and London; in International Tax Law Post Graduate Diploma Summer Session runs by Robert Kennedy University, Zurich; and in summer program in American Law held by various American law schools. DNC also encourages and, if needed, provides financial assistances to its advocates to pursue advance study (for Master Degrees) in the Netherlands, Australia, Singapore, the United Kingdom and the United States.
