Wemmy Muharamsyah, SH. is a graduate of the Faculty of Law, University of Indonesia (2003).

He works on acquisitions and corporate restructuring. He is also involved in the Firm’s team to act as legal counsel in handling general corporate matters, including but not limited to dealing with transfer of shares, mass termination of employment relationship, termination of distributorship agreements, dissolution and liquidation, capital market, and participating in rendering legal advices to client in relation to general mining and oil and gas matters as well as performing legal due diligence for several domestic and international clients.

During his study in college, he was actively involved in various campus activities and organization, namely Student Senate of the Faculty of Law, and Scientific Analysis Institution (Lembaga Kajian Keilmuan – LK2), he was also active in conducting seminars and workshops which helps him to develop his interpersonal skill and teamwork.

He spends most of his spare time doing sports activities, i.e. soccer and basketball, and for that, he has won some titles from several local tournaments. He can also play musical instruments, and in some occasions he shows his talent by performing before public audience.
