DNC, with its deep knowledge of Indonesian law, works with its clients creatively in structuring their investments in Indonesia or in Indonesian assets. However, DNC does not handle the administrative work of filling in and filing application forms, and thereafter following the paper work for regulatory approvals. From experience, DNC believes that this work is best done by the client’s personnel (with minimal guidance and supervision from DNC) resulting in more time-efficient and cost-effective ways of doing business.
